Completed Emseal 20H-Preformed expanding polyurethane foam with urethane top coat.

Ready for installation of cover plate supports.

Install cover plate support bars.

Support bars complete and ready

for final tile and concrete

before installation of

stainless steel cover plate.

At both ends of deck structure the seismic joint continues down underground 16 feet.

Remove Emseal from precompressed  packaging

 & remove protective film.

Prepare joint surfaces and install epoxy bonding agent at joint edges.

Heat joint edges of the Emseal  to open cells, install Emseal  and shim in place until it expands into the epoxy.
